What we collect

When you use Preacher Prep, we collect the account information you provide (name, email), the content you capture (thoughts, quotes, illustrations, Preps), and basic usage data that helps us keep the product reliable.

How we use it

Your captured notes exist to serve your sermon preparation — nothing else. We use account data to operate your subscription, send service-related email, and provide support when you ask for it.

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your notes or Preps to train AI models.
• Assist reads your notes only to generate thinking prompts for you, on request.

Team & church accounts

On a Team plan, your church's admins can manage seats and billing, but each preacher's library — every note, quote, and Prep — remains private to that preacher.

Data retention

We keep your content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your captured content within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Your choices

You can export your outlines at any time, and you can request a full export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
